Ad hoc / pay as you go
Rates start at £30.00 per hour but of course vary depending on the type of project and work required. Unlike most other Virtual Assistants / Secretaries, we charge by the MINUTE. There is no rounding up or down – you only pay for the time we actually spend working on your behalf.
Project based
It is often easier to agree a fixed price for a project or particular task; Send us a brief and let’s discuss what is required to ensure full understanding. We will then sent a full and detailed estimate to you for your approval. We also appreciate that projects evolve and we are happy to be your partner through to the conclusion and will liaise with you throughout the whole process.
Continual service
Because many of our clients view us as an extension to their business or we are a trusted Agency partner, they want to know they can send us anything and we respond immediately. We can agree an ongoing rate which meets the needs of the business.
How we work
We work fully remotely from our office in Wiltshire. Whilst we predominantly work traditional office hours we are incredibly flexible and can be available outside of normal business hours. If the project requires on-site attendance – usually for conferences and meetings, we of course are happy to attend site and enjoy meeting with our clients and working as an integral part of their team. We keep in regular contact with our clients and are considered an extension of their own business or office.
